About us
Since our establishment in 1929, GASA GROUP has evolved from a small association of Danish gardeners to one of Europe's leading trading companies in the plant industry.
Mission and vision
We know nature brings life. We have been spreading life through flowers and plants for almost a hundred years, and we will spend the next hundred years fighting for nature’s place in human everyday lives.
Who is GASA GROUP?
Our journey began with the pioneering spirit of Danish farmers, seeking better ways to market their products.
Inspired by "the Dutch clock," they held the first auction at Sorte Brødre Torv in Odense, revolutionizing the sale of fresh products in Denmark.
We have grown to serve a global market and connect producers with consumers worldwide. GASA GROUP is about bringing nature into people's lives, enhancing well-being, and promoting sustainable practices. We remain committed to reducing our environmental footprint and supporting green initiatives.
We are represented in all European markets and have our own sales companies in Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, and Hungary, from where we annually distribute over 200 million potted plants to customers across Europe.
GASA GROUP Lifestyle
We have developed GASA GROUP Lifestyle as a tool to understand and predict future consumers.
Filled with mood boards, storytelling, target groups and colours, GASA GROUP Lifestyle is fundamental to all the considerations we make for our future assortment. Understanding the consumer’s lifestyle and needs enhances our desire to deliver ‘Nature to the people’ through our focus areas and value propositions.
